Privacy Policy 2 — Fourth Floor Photography

Full payment of $220 is required at booking to secure your session. All payments are non-refundable.
In the event of illness or bad weather, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. If you can’t attend the new time, your booking may be transferred to another family or credited toward a future session.
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced to keep the schedule on track. Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to tardiness.
You will receive your online gallery of edited, high-resolution images within 2–3 days.
RAW or unedited files are not provided.
Fourth Floor Photography retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive personal use rights for printing and sharing. Images may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.
By booking, you acknowledge that Fourth Floor Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the session.
